The current collection of new homes include studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and two, three and four-bedroom houses.
At present, there are no homes available to rent at Brabazon through YTL Developments. However, we are currently building student accommodation, which is expected to complete in time for the 2026-27 academic year.
We are also developing plans for homes for private rent at Brabazon.

There are currently two Show Homes at Brabazon: a three-bedroom, three-bathroom Show Home with soaring double-height ceilings, and a two-bedroom Show Apartment with views out over Brabazon and North Bristol.
